Fact Sheet
MCT1 is a high yielding, elite variety protected under the Plant Breeders Rights Act. Released in 2017, it has been widely adopted throughout Australia’s macadamia growing regions with over 100 000 MCT1 trees ordered from licenced nurseries since its release.
